M-1 & EB-3 immigration – Truely wonder LLC

This is a combined program of M-1 (Advanced Vocational Training in Nail and Hair) and EB-3 (Green Card Employment).

Purpose: The M-1 visa is issued to international students enrolled in vocational or non-academic training programs in the United States. This visa is not for traditional academic programs like college or university.
Duration of Stay: M-1 visa holders can stay in the United States for the time necessary to complete their program, plus an additional 30 days to prepare to leave.
Work: M-1 students may be permitted to work in certain limited circumstances, but generally face more restrictions compared to F-1 students. They must obtain permission before working.
Internship: After completing their studies, M-1 students may participate in a practical training program for up to 6 months.

Purpose: The EB-3 visa is an immigrant visa designated for foreign workers with skills, unskilled laborers, and professionals who wish to settle in the United States. This visa is typically for those looking to work long-term in the U.S.
Duration of Stay: The EB-3 visa allows holders to establish permanent residency in the United States. Once granted the EB-3 visa, you will become a lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
Work: EB-3 visa holders can work for any employer in the United States in the field for which their visa is granted.
Documentation Requirements: To apply for an EB-3 visa, applicants usually need a U.S. employer to sponsor them, as well as to demonstrate that they meet the required skills or qualifications.

EB-3: After coming to the U.S. on an M-1 visa, you can transition to an EB-3 visa after 1 to 2 years.
